A new exit poll conducted at 7 p.m., an hour before voting in the Danish referendum on the succession ends, suggests that there is still hope for the Act of Succession. According to this poll 74.3 % have voted yes, 25.7 % no or blank. The expected participation is now 52.4 %, which would mean 39.0 % yes-votes, just 1 % short of the necessary 40 %. The Act might thus be saved if enough people vote during the final hour.
