An exit poll conducted for Politiken and TV 2 shows that the Danish Act of Succession will not be carried in today's referendum. According to the poll of 1,646 voters 75.5 % have voted yes, 24.5 % no or blank. With a participation of 50.2 % this means that only 37.9 % of the total electorate will approve of the Act, which is 2.1 % below the 40 % limit. Voting ends in an hour, at 8 p.m.
